About The Instructors

Giulia Ricci

Giulia holds a diploma as a “Consulente in Naturopatia Olistica” from the Università Popolare di Scienze della Salute Psicologiche e Sociali (UNIPSI). Additionally, Giulia is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. Her dual qualifications in both naturopathy and yoga practice provide a comprehensive foundation for guiding participants through their wellness journey, with special attention to the mind-body connection that is central to this retreat experience.

Frank Iovine

Frank brings his passion and expertise as a mindfulness expert, practicing Stoic, and gourmet chef to the retreat. As the author of the cookbook “Ricette e Ricordi di Nonno” (Recipes and Memories of Grandfather), Frank offers authentic insights into traditional Mediterranean cooking with a deep appreciation for the cultural heritage behind these nourishing foods. He will lead the daily cooking classes, stoicism sessions, and contribute to the mindfulness practices throughout the retreat.

Elena Koyunseven & Melisa Koyunseven

The team behind The Mediterranean Lifestyle and Live Longer & Better is based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. They are the founders of The Mediterranean Lifestyle digital magazine to promote the complete Mediterranean lifestyle philosophy.     Retreat Program Overview

    Our 7-day retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance structured wellness practices with personal space, learning, and exploration. The week unfolds in two distinct phases: the first three days are focused on inner alignment and embodied knowledge, while the latter three invite you to immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of the Irpinia region.

    Days 1–3: Structured Inner Work & Mind-Body Integration

    Each morning begins in stillness and movement, awakening the body and mind through yoga, mindful breathing, and nourishing rituals. Days are rhythmically structured to include learning, reflection, and shared meals, while evenings are reserved for deep rest and meditative practice.
