This edition of TML is the first we’ve put together during a trip, and of course, we were inspired by the new impressions and incorporated them. We looked at another great love, the sea and the unique bond between fish and man, and wondered what the difference is between prawns and shrimps. Inland we head to Granada, Spain in the footsteps of the Zambra, known to many as flamenco, and of course we explore the history of wine and its liaison with cheese. We make a detour to the lavender fields in Provence and visit a small paradise between sky and sea.

Another focus this time is the Balkan cuisine, a region that has been shaped and evolved by the various cultures left behind over the centuries. A rich culinary heritage that has wonderfully preserved its origins and simplicity. Our round trip takes us to the colorful and lively markets across the Mediterranean, to Malta for the caper harvest, and we wonderfully round off the gastronomic part with sunny summer recipes.
