Ingredients
  • 4 Cups water
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 3 Cups chickpea flour
Instructions
  1. Pour the water into a bowl and slowly whisk in with the chickpea flour until smooth.
  2. Stir in the olive oil and cook in a copper tray inside a wood oven for 15 – 20 min.
