FIGS & GOAT CHEESE SALAD

Ingredients
- 125 gr fresh Rocket
- 100gr goat cheese (break into small pieces)
- 2 figs (cut in quarter)
- 50 gr walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- half lemon
Instructions
- Cut the stems from figs and slice in quarters, if large and in half if small.
- Arrange the rocket leaves on a large platter, and then put the goat’s cheese on top of the leaves, then arrange the cut figs and walnuts in and around the cheese.
- Whisk together the honey and lemon juice (add olive oil and black pepper if you like to).
- To finish, drizzle the dressing over the salad
