WALNUT AND RED PEPPER PASTE DIP

Ingredients
- 2 tsp red pepper paste
- 300 g walnut shelled
- 1 little yellow onion
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tsp Olive oil
- 3 ore 4 slices white or gluten free stale bread
Instructions
- Ground the walnuts, onion, cumin, salt and red pepper paste in the food processor.
- Soak the bread in to the water and squeeze the excess water.
- Crumble the bread and add to the mixture in the food processor.
- Add the olive oil blend to make a smooth spread. If it appears to be thick, add a tablespoon water and olive oil.
- Place the spread on a bowl. Pour the olive oil all over the spread.
- Serve the spread with backed eggplant and bread!
