WALNUT AND RED PEPPER PASTE DIP

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp red pepper paste
  • 300 g walnut shelled
  • 1 little yellow onion
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • 3 ore 4 slices white or gluten free stale bread
Instructions
  1. Ground the walnuts, onion, cumin, salt and red pepper paste in the food processor.
  2. Soak the bread in to the water and squeeze the excess water.
  3. Crumble the bread and add to the mixture in the food processor.
  4. Add the olive oil blend to make a smooth spread. If it appears to be thick, add a tablespoon water and olive oil.
  5. Place the spread on a bowl. Pour the olive oil all over the spread.
  6. Serve the spread with backed eggplant and bread!
