CROATIA’S STUNNING NATURAL FORMATIONS

Zlatni Rat is a narrow white pebble beach 2 km west of Bol harbor on the Croatian island of Brač in Dalmatia. The beach is often referred to as the Golden Cape or Golden Horn beach and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Croatian coastline and truly representative of the beauty of Bol.

It is also regularly named as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The cape has the appearance of a “tongue” protruding about 400 m into the sea, embraced by crystal clear water. The very tip of the Zlatni Rat keeps changing its shape constantly due to the influence of winds, waves and sea currents.

This location is a protected natural area and the V-shaped beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling and with the occurrence of the afternoon winds a favourite spot for surfers and kite-surfers from around the globe.
